Alessandro is the founder of Primoat, where since January 2019 he has run the firm’s low-turnover, long-only public equity strategy across a small number of high-conviction positions, and now also leads Primoat’s venture arm, investing from pre-seed to Series A.

He previously co-founded Prestacap and served as COO from October 2014 until the company’s exit in February 2019, holding multiple regulated roles as he built and ran the firm’s operations.

He began his career at ACPI Investment Managers in London as an analyst, covering cash management and trading across equities and derivatives.

Alessandro is a CFA Charterholder.

Alberto is a Venture Partner to Primoat, bringing deal flow and direct fund introductions from his own scouting network.

He is currently an Associate at SuperCharger Ventures in Malta, where he has screened 1,500+ startup applications and supported the first closing of SCV Fund I, and previously worked as a Venture Capital Scout for First Momentum, Caesar, Flashpoint & Endgame and as an Equity Analyst at Capital Venture Consulting, sourcing pre-seed to Series A dealflow across Europe and advising startups on fundraising readiness.

He holds an MSc in Business Management from La Sapienza University of Rome (110/110 cum laude), with an exchange year at TUM Munich.
